La TV no funciona correctamente. Es una pena porque lo demas genial, pero es esencial para una buena estancia.

Location- proximity to shops and restaurants, hot tub, spacious, great communication, friendly and helpful staff, lots of towels, had everything we needed. Great facilities for families.

Good for what we paid but some of the mattresses could be replaced

It was spacious and comfortable and the staff had made an effort to make the room look good. There was a warm and friendly greeting on arrival.

The decor was a bit dated and worn but it was clean and serviceable. The rooms were not very sound proof but that is hard to fix.

Located on a quiet street within walking distance of all the main town amenities. The hot tub was free to use and easy to book. Staff were very friendly and helped to quickly sort a mistake (mine) with our booking. Afterhours check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The kitchenette was small but we were able to cook what we wanted and there was plenty of outdoor space for gathering.

The showerhead is too low if you're tall and can't be moved (seems to be a common thing in NZ though). Each morning there were vehicles idling outside waiting to pick up people so there was quite a bit of noise from the carpark between 5am - 6am. It would be helpful to have a portable fan for the upper level as it did get quite hot up there.
