Great location, size and good value. Our 2 bedroom chalet was very large, with 2 bathrooms. We will be back!

Bit of road noise but didn't bother us.

Very friendly and helpful staff We loved the split level of the unit with the main bed being on the upper level Spacious bathroom

Don't get a unit backing onto SH1, the road noise was an issue on the first night. I see they have been recently renovated, they could have put double glazing on the side facing SH1. Compound needs a tidy up.

Had everything we needed and was great value for money. Lady on reception was really friendly.

Curtains didn't entirely keep the light out so woke up slightly early - not a significant problem though

The staff were very helpful.The welcome we received was very sincere-you could tell that she really wanted us to enjoy our stay. The apartment was extremely good value.

We stayed in Room 1....I think maybe a dog had scratched the carpet badly under the table,and the table is scratched.

Friendly staff, room looked nice at first glance if a bit dated.

Bathroom needed a good clean and a light out front shone through the thin curtain to leave the room lught at night. Had a used milk in the fridge and another guest toiletries in the shower. Also I'm not tall and my head was above the shower head

My family and I LOVED it here !! The staff are absolutely lovely and so welcoming. We are already trying to plan our next trip over. We felt so at home, our apartment/room felt so relaxing and warm. Thank you Turangi Leisure Lodge/staff for your awesome work and kind natures.
