Comfortable beds

Tv remote did not work..we couldn't change the channel and had to unplug the TV to shut it off. I phoned the front to ask for batteries and they said "yes, I have some a the reception counter, come get them". It was after 10...they should have delivered them to me. Also, your breakfast is terrible. Why bother. Also some decaf coffee would be nice.

No microwave in the room, no storage. Contact lenses on the floor, we wear glasses. Best Western is better, breakfast was decent at least.
