Dane was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly professional from start to finish, handling everything smoothly and efficiently. What really stood out was how kind and sweet he was.

We are traveling for a month and let me tell you I sincerely appreciate attention to detail, follow-up, and hospitality. This hotel has it all! From the initial conversation with Michelle on the Hilton app regarding our questions and arrival, to the clean comfortable stay in the spacious suite, we felt welcomed We walked everywhere from here to attractions, restaurants, and enjoyed the wonderful reception on Wednesday with the greatest host Michelle that poured St. Augustine wines which is a block away! Parking was $29/day which is normal for cities, and you can valet or self park for same rate, Health club has numerous treadmills, elipticles, and peloton bikes. Pool was lovely with fire pit, cozy chairs and seating areas. Honestly we wished the breakfast changed out more as same each morning, and have more fruit and granola type options, but we travel with back up food and you have a full kitchen to eat what you’d like. Perfect stay love the Michelles x2!

This is a very nice hotel. It's new. The bed was comfortable. You don't hear a lot of outside noise. The staff at the front desk was courteous & helpful. You can purchase the trolly tour tix at the front desk & the hotel provides a shuttle at no extra charge to and from the jail, which is trolly stop #1. I loved this perk. The grounds are nice. The pool area is nice. They have a gas fire pit on the pool deck.

$29 per day for parking. This is not advertised prior to booking so we found out at check in. The complimentary breakfast is okay, but on day 2 of our stay they were out of muffins & bagels by the time we arrived (9:00am) & when I asked if they had anymore muffins, I was told "no". Mind you, they put these same items out everyday. We had problems with not much hot water the first 2 days. Had it turned all they over to hot. This was at approx 9-10pm. Not even peak hours. 3rd day was no problem & that day, (Saturday), the hotel was a lot more full. Seems like it would've been the other way around.

Staff was not particularly nice or helpful. The wait time to check in was almost an hour. It was one person at the desk, checking people in.It was ridiculous, slow.It should not take an hour to check into a hotel. They didn't have enough staff to check people in.We woke up the next morning to have breakfast.We saw people checking in again and there was a must be align back.10 people waiting to check-in.Everybody was very upset. They need more staff, they need easier to check-in and the staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. But the hotel was really wonderful. The pool was beautiful. The room was so beautiful. The breakfast was very good. The location was great. Near my mother, I liked everything about it except the staff and the weight to get my to my room.
