Nice room

Valet parking should not be mandatory. Breakfast was terrible

Valet parking was mandatory for $25 a day. It was no option to self park

The pool, the Wednesday night customer appreciation and valet was nice.

They block off parking, tell you there is only valet and then charge you $29.00 + tax a day when you already paid to stay there. Bed and pillows as hard as rocks, furniture in the room was uncomfortable, The pullout bed had a very thin uncomfortable cushion on it, breakfast was the same everyday and was precooked heated in the microwave sausage and powder eggs.

Spacious rooms, contemporary design. Located about 15 minutes walk from the old town area.

Bridge by hotel that connects it to old town area is under renovation, so you need to walk further to get to the tourist attractions. Wish that had been communicated to us prior to making the reservation. There is no self parking available, so you have to commit to the $30 a day valet parking. Room service did not remove used cups and coffee filter, and they did not refill the lotion in the bathroom, even after being retested.

Beautiful location and very clean

I would prefer to park my own car not valet parking but that’s just me. Breakfast was horrible. We spent $400 for 1 night and the breakfast was inedible. Come on Hilton you have to do alot better. I wanted a cup of tea before bed and there was no hot water.
