Las camas son cómodas y la habitación amplia. Hay bonita vista de la ciudad. Lo incómodo fue, que ante una falla de comunicación del banco con la app, hubo mucha insistencia de los anfitriones para cobrarme, en más de una ocasión (había que esperar acción por parte del banco, no era asunto mío) incluso delante de varios comensales durante mi desayuno, importándoles poco que indiqué que iría a hacer el pago en efectivo y que por favor nos dejaran disfrutar nuestra estancia y tiempo para celebrar un cumpleaños -motivo del viaje- , ahí en Guanajuato.

Un lugar Excelente para llegar, si vas a Guanajuato, te hacen sentir como en tu casa, excelente atencion y servicio, estamos encantados a regresar

Amazing customer service! We stayed in a 3 bed room. Very clean and beautiful view. When we arrived the staff helped me get a taxi at the bus station to the hotel. We were able to book some tours through them directly with a discount. There was continental breakfast every morning till noon and if you’d like something different they can make it for an additional small cost. You can order food to your room till 9pm and beverages are available after only. Place is about 15min walking from the main plaza. My family and myself would definitely stay here again. The owners are amazing people we got to chit chat a bit with. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
