Nothing provided to you besides paper towels and linens. No hand soap. No pans or dishes! For as much as we paid and everything we had to buy we could’ve stayed in a fully furnished and stocked Airbnb absolutely ridiculous and extremely unhappy.

"Good stay"

We stayed in a Park Model at the RV park. They are under staffed so we hand to go to the hotel/casino to check in. The blinds we all broken up and there were not enough pillows and blankets. It was my Mom and I and i slept on the hide a bed. The mattress pad was all tore up and mattress of course was not in good shape. But all was quiet and clean. Not enough towels or coffee for a 3 night stay but we were fine, we made do.

Didn't like for many reasons! Charged us more than advertised, gave keys that didn't work (got locked out in -40degree windchill weather with dog for over 20 minutes), got stuck in driveway- (never plowed our small driveway), RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL maintenance/security workers, miscommunication between employees (cost us more money), and charged for new key that was taken by employee. We asked for discounts because of their negligence (could've been deadly) and ruined a one-time vacation in 3 years with family we haven't seen in years! The supervisor said that they could not do this because we went through Expedia! Being locked out of our chalet with our dog because the key did not work could've killed us if a good Samaritan hadn't come along 25 MINUTES LATER! Minus degree temperature and 40 below windchill was VERY, VERY dangerous! We should never be charged for all the trouble, horror, danger, and major inconvenience we were put through for 4 days! We stayed at the chalets at Grand Casino in Hinckley, Mn. because it welcomed pets. Playing at the casino was the only good thing- we went 1 time the day before we left. Never again will we ever go back there, and we will tell as many people about this nightmare!
