decent place for price
The room was ok. We checked in with ease and they show us to our room. Not big but we wanted it just to sleep and shower. We arrived at midnight after our event at the city and really wanted to take a bath but we didn't have hot water. Called the reception and the girl was a little clueless about why then she found out that the boiler was off. After 1 hour we gave up and went to bed uncomfortable.
The road is in terrible condition. The hotel is in a remote area creepy. The heater didn't work. Hot water stopped in the middle of shower. Tv only has Pluto. Receptionist said we had to put our own account for whatever app we wanted to see like Netflix and the Roku didn't let downyapps without a code.. complain to receptionist about water heater and heater. She said oh that's weird like if I was lying.
The conditions are rustic and there is limited parking. Far from city center. Dirt road to get here. No tv in room.

Absolutely horrible experience! We reserved on hotel.con and received confirmation. I immediately sent the hotel a message to advise we’d be arriving late. They responded and acknowledged. The day of our trip, I called to make arrangements for check in per their own instructions only to find out that they had given our rooms away!!! Leaving us stranded!!!! Just plain wrong and their excuse was that we didn’t pay online! We did not have a choice to! Leaving customers stranded is wrong in any level, but especially after I contacted the hotel so the knew we were coming!!!!! Luckily for us, we found a different hotel but had to pay premium price. I will never ever consider this hotel and will make sure to let anyone know about its practices.
The hotel was located away from the city and seemed a bit sketchy at first. Once we parked inside we felt secure. The hotel looks like a barn and we got a free upgrade in rooms because they weren’t too busy. Even though the rooms don’t have TV’s or Wifi, they were cozy and there was a park nearby we walked to. They staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would consider staying there again.
