The room was large and clean with lots of natural light. The location was good for us. Being close to the Zócalo it is busy and a bit noisy but in a festive sort of way. Lots of early morning church bells. Hahah

The room had a little deck but to use it you had to go downstairs to ask the staff to come open it - they would not give out the key. Such a nutty system. Then you have to repeat the process when you finished on the deck to lock up. I can't imagine that it would be that hard for everyone to have a key to the deck door ! Front desk folks were pleasant enough but glued to their phones.
