"Pretty good suite "

Front desk was absolutely accommodating and helpful upon check in. Room was very clean but cold upon entry but easily fixable. Kitchenette was cute. Only one pot was available to cook with. but manageable. Room smelled very clean. I would recommend to friends and family.

Staff needs work asked for housekeeping 3 times saw them twice. Asked for clean towels was told they either didn’t have enough for the 3 of us or to get them ourselves. Or they just didn’t come. Stayed for 5 days and room wasn’t cleaned once. At one point all I asked for was trash to be pulled and towels switched and that wasn’t even done.

The staff barged into our hotel accusing us of smoking for no apparent reason saying we set off a fire alarm that only tells them the hotel room. NO SIRENS or alarms went off which indicates they were trying to racially profile me and my fiance. We had two TVs in our room and only one worked.
