location is great, I've stayed there before and the check-out person was pleasant.

I booked a two bed room, upon check in, I was given a room reserved for disabled persons. I can't understand why I couldn't received the room I reserved and paid for in advance. I'm dissatisfied. Additionally, this residence has an opportunity to reach more diversity to match the community it serves. I'm not a South Eastern, I'm North American so when not given the room I reserved, I felt a sense of discrimination, maybe its just me but I like to get what I paid for/
