The bed was comfortable and the staff really nice

Very noisy. Conversations from the reception and other guests were clearly audible.

En una de las zonas más bonitas de Madrid, desde donde se puede visitar prácticamente todo simplemente andando. El personal muy amable y disponible.

La habitación que nos han dado era realmente muy muy pequeña, no cabían bien maletas / ropa y también la cama matrimonial un poquito pequeña para los dos.

La atención personal inmejorable. Ubicación excelente. Habitación agradable, camas cómodas , baño completo y espacioso… Detalle de galletitas de cortesía . Ofrecen desayuno por 8 € en tres sitios cercanos; el que escogimos (casa Diego) genial, abundante y rico Se pueden dejar las maletas tras check out. Tienen pequeña zona común donde pudimos descansar por la tarde antes de abandonar el hotel.

Me gustó todo pero al no haber persianas la habitación no queda totalmente a oscuras … para quien esto sea importante.
