The front desk associate was amazing…

The breakfast was horrible

Where do I begin. Do not stay here unless you don’t plan to spend anytime at your room. Firstly no soap in bathroom and hand towels are the only size there is. TV is non functional even to check local events. Breakfast is non exsistant. There were 30 people boiled eggs made 6 at a time by occupant, loaf of bread dumped into a tray and no coffee or juice available. Again brutal. When we asked for towels for a shower we were handed a stack of unfolded hand towels with stains on them. Useless. I took a picture and have not received my damage deposit back cause they said we damaged the towels. Should have marched them down to the desk immediately after seeing the condition they were in. Again front desk staff answered questions with the answer all staff quit the night before and he was on his own. Not his fault. Not worth the hassle and reduced overnight cost. Resort fee was definitely charged to my card more than $25.

My deposit still hasn't been returned.

Je n’ai rien aimé dans cet hôtel si ce n’est sa localisation très proche de la plage à Miami beach.

La chambre salle, les lits inconfortables, les rideaux troués, le rideau de douche moisi,le petit déjeuner quasi inexistant avec 3 fous rien à manger et a boire. Bref fuyez cet hôtel.

Chambre salle avec des cheveux partout Odeur insupportable dans la chambre Porte des toilettes coulissante qui ne se ferme pas. nous avons réclamé à la réception mais personne n'es intervenu durant notre séjour.
