The location of the flat is perfect, it it about max.15 minutes to the old town by foot. The flat is quite big and comfortable. Whole communication, check in, out, any other questions, was friendly and uncomplicated. It was a perfect stay for me, but if you prefer more silence, than it could be a bit too crowded outside. The building/house self is very quiet. There are just a lot of taverns in the area. Thank you very much dear Team!

Large rooms, large comfortable bed, good facilities.

Paolo was very good managing and receiving us last minute. He came over immediately when the sink didn’t drain.

The bathroom sink didn’t drain. Parking is obviously not good when you’re down town.

Great location, nice big apartment and was clean

The sink in the bathroom and shower didn’t drain well and we’re blocked often. Found previous guests dirty towels/linen in the washing machine for us to take out in order to use the machine.

We were greeted by a 3rd party company rep that managed the property, he had messaged the day before to ensure he would be there on time for our arrival, very simple hand over and he offered to send details of good local food and drink places, bathroom and general décor was very nice, aged but felt traditional Italian. The street that the apartment was located on was also AMAZING, full of restaurants and bars which we busy but amazing and friendly. Myself and my 9yr old were both in love with the location.

Given the size of the property, understandably, the kitchen was open, unfortunately the fridge generated a lot of heat and this caused the "living area" to become extremely hot, we did solve this by using the air conditioning which was located in the bedroom and opening the bedroom door to cool the whole apartment down.

Location

Not clean. Dust bunnies everywhere. Old sock with dust bunnies on bedroom floor. Two toilet rolls and one garbage for a nine day stay and no follow up and told we had to buy more. To use the washing machine had to move a chair, small table, a broom and a vacuum cleaner. Lighter to start gas stove did not work. No offer of fresh linens and towels, even though we were there for more than a week. Had to chase down information regarding garbage disposal not provided.
