Struttura spaziosa, luminosa, pulita, un po' datata ma in buona posizione e ben servita da negozi, supermercati, ecc.

Alcune piccole criticità nella struttura (solo 3 coltelli, l'accendino della cucina scarico, la maniglia della porta del bagno che tendeva a staccarsi senza però impedire l'uso della porta, l'unico adattatore per presa europea rotto, qualche tavolo un po' traballante) ma non tali da influire significativamente sul soggiorno.

Very comfortable beds, perfect location for us (my mother in law, who we came to visit, lives 2 buildings away, closer to Lidl and COOP, many cafes and restaurants around, bus stop just in front of the building). Lovely guy who checked us in!

The apartment is INFESTED with kitchen cockroaches....lots of insected everywhere in the apartment. We did NOT keep any food out, everything was in the fridge and we emptied the bins twice a day. No toilet brush at the bathroom....how we supposed to clean the toilet, by hand??? Also, around the toilet REALLY BAD SMELL OF URINE....like a public toilet!! Mould around the bath, doesn't look good and hygienic. The apartment is very noisy....you can hear everything from inside/outside the building! The lift sounds like it is running inside the big bedroom, especially in the night time. The downstairs neighbours came the second day and knocked at our door that they can hear us upstairs, when we were having a lunch meal with our family in the living room....we also had with us a nearly 4 years old child, who was obviously a bit noisier....but anyway it put us off for our entire stay!!!

The size of the property was amazing. Did not expect anything that large in Europe. It has a washing machine and rack to dry the clothes.

Floor was a bit dusty on arrival, lack of basic amenities in the kitchen overall no serious concerns

Around the flat there is only a supermarket, and to walk to the centre approx. 2 km In hot weather take repellent (lots of mosquitoes) plenty of water with plenty of calcarious We found everything extremely expensive in Bologna, or rather in Italy, as we had travelled to other cities (Coke and beer 33cl from 3.50 to 5 euros, "coperto" from 2 to 3 euros per person in restaurants, espresso coffee from 1.50 to 2.20)
