The location The hosts were very nice Good light

The laundry was returned more crumpled than when we gave it. The room is a bit small and no possibility to sleep with window open because of roosters.

The staff were incredibly nice and friendly cannot fault them. The room was nicely chilled with the ac and the set up was great for me to do work whilst in the area

One thing I have to mention but it is not the properties fault, but it’s important I mention it in case you’re a female solo traveller. The homestay is down a small alley and when it’s dark can be a little unsettling as a female traveller. One evening I was walking home with my boyfriend and two boys on a scooter drove past and grabbed my behind, this was about 3 minutes from the homestay. Again this is not the hotels fault but I didn’t feel comfortable walking around the area in the evening as it’s not as busy as the main centre or the old town.

It was perfect for two weeks working online and exploring the town and the hosts are so kind and welcoming and helpful and helped me to make travel arrangements. Thank you!!

Wonderful hospitality from Nhung and her family. She went above and beyond helping us arrange future travel arrangements and even sorted out a dentist when I broke a tooth! Our room was great and exceptionally clean. Location was fantastic, a 10 minute walk from the night market and the heart of Hoi An. We hope to return. Highly recommended!

Excellent location. A easy short walk .lovely family home stay .extremely helpful organising tickets and giving advice on where to vist.

The family that host Maison Khoi are beyond generous!! The let us check in super early after a night bus which was so appreciated!!!! And let us check out early without charging us when the weather was bad ! Also just very welcoming / accommodating!!! Good value too and good location!!

This may not bother everyone but I felt a little uncomfortable cause of how mouldy/damp the room was! Didn’t mind it on the walls/curtains but the bedding had some mould stains - they did change the pillows for us after asking and was apologetic (Hoi An has been very rainy lately!!!) but worth knowing if it’s something that’s gonna bother you!!

Property provides a very good and reasonably priced breakfast (as well as other services). Our room was on the top floor with a balcony which was very nice to watch the sunset from with a drink after exploring Hoi An. Bed was comfy with the room being compact and well laid out.

Sometimes the toilet could make some funny sounds after use but other than that no complaints.
