Absolutely the worst villa experience I have ever had. The photos online are completely misleading and look nothing like the actual property. The listing showed a swimming pool, but there was no swimming pool at all when we arrived. Many of the facilities advertised were missing. The villa was dirty, poorly maintained, and looked neglected. The sinks were rusty, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and even the key provided was broken. The gate was also missing/broken, which made us feel uncomfortable about the security of the property. After sleeping there, some of us experienced skin irritation and allergies. The service was terrible. Staff were unhelpful and did not properly address any of our concerns. We felt completely cheated and disappointed because the villa did not match the description or photos in any way. This property should not be advertised the way it currently is. Save your money and book somewhere else. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

The villa was spacious and accommodated well for 20 persons. The places to eat was a 5 min drive away, or about a 20 min walk. It is a gated property.

The aircon in one of the bigger bedrooms was not powerful enough to cool the room, so it was rather warm. The housekeeping and cleaning could be better.

Super comfortable and clean place. Less than 3 mins drive to shops and good restaurants.

Generally the unit is large space can occupy about 3/4 families with occupants of 12 adult. Water pressure is good. Bathroom space is big. Large car porch.

Should have met at the main door area and all the toilet. Only found at the master bedroom. Suggest to place a water pipe at the porch area. Front balcony has no light. The kitchen cabinet is not clean. Should have kept more cups/ glasses, plates and cutlery sets. No garbage plastics.
