It was so close to everything. You go down any side street and you’re either at the beach, the hub of shops or bars/restaurants

It could have been cleaner but the property manager was lovely and she made sure she would clean the room every 2 days. She is also very reachable if you tap on her door at 96.

Spacious rooms. Upstairs ..very steep stairway. Fridge doesnt cool well. Mozzies . Front door is straight to the road.. not very safe. The email and phone number given do not get replied/answered. The owner cannot be contacted. No reception. Had to roam around in the dead night (flight landed at 12midnight) to locate the caretaker who lives next door. She does not speak English. Very difficult to communicate. My room was downgraded and did not get the refund yet (booked via expedia). Its 3 weeks ... still no response from the owner. Very unprofessional.

The owner and management who manage online bookings for this property are unprofessional and there is no further communication after booking, it is shown in the picture that this villa has a swimming pool or jacuzzi on arrival it doesn't exist, and they say we don't get a swimming pool type because of the price and insist that it's what you pay for it's what you get. basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, mineral water are not provided, 1 bedroom towel, which is generally prepared by 2 people, they only give 1 towel. Floors and furniture are very dirty, it is recommended to use footwear when entering this villa. Super Disappointing that we made an order for orher date & chose a 2 bedroom villa type with a pool, but when we confirmed to the owner that we only got 1 room and no swimming pool, we asked for a cancellation but there was no response.

the AC works really well

- bathroom was really not clean - many mosquitos since you can’t really close well the main door. - couldn’t close the fridge door, so was licking water all the time next to the cable/electricity, dangerous specially with a kid. - outside bamboo blinders were full of ants and old, can’t really use them.

It is promoted as a villa, and from the pics and the cost you think you are getting that, however the only room that has a roof is the bedroom, with the front lounge absolutely soaking when it rains, worse than that the front door is directly beside the main road, which is busy 24/7, which leads to major traffic noise due to there being no roof. The whole experience would be better if they resolve this issue. But please do not call this a Villa, it's a room and should be charged accordingly.
