"since it was 1 nigh stay at the hotel, the time spent was very precious and limited to enjoy much."

presentation and appearance of the hotel was not very appealing compared to other hotels around it.

the hotel overall is ok and the staff is ok BUT I had a very very bad experienced with the owner very poor customer service, so rude need more customer skill I guess
