If we could give 9.5 we would. So much to love from the welcome platter to the pool - Amazing!!! The staff are absolutely incredible - each and every one of them, from the housekeeping staff to concierge to Cristian the General Manager- Gold Class Standard. Nothing was a problem and they really went out of their way to make sure you are happy, they knew about you and your stay. I can honestly say I have never felt more valued as a guest as I did at the Radisson. Well done. Also the view over My Khe beach was pretty spectacular. And we loved falling asleep happy to know that our favourite bun bao was just nearby if we wanted it! Ps the lady who made the eggs in the morning… you deserve a bonus!

Not much, the bed was a little hard and the wi-fi was a little slow, not the best for streaming video on the laptop or watching international channels. But none of that was too concerning.

Property was clean, well maintained. Loved the roof top pool with gym and bar.

The view out of the room 1201 was facing the other building.
