Everything exceeded my expectations definitely returning: the service, the breakfast, the rooms, the swimming pool, the location. Fantastic

If to mention one thing it was the wifi that could be better. I suspect it was due to the login that was asked once and a while again to connect

Location was good. This was my second stay in this hotel. If I need to stay in Vijaywada again, I will pick this hotel for a third time :D

Unpleasant smell coming from the canal. But I doubt the hotel can do anything about it.

Generally everything

On arrival day Thursday. We went to G floor restaurant n ordered ala carta. On 2nd round we ordered white rice ( he told jeera rice will take 20 mins n white rice immly ) & we ordered an extra Tandoori roti - our plates were empty n waited for 20 mins n the guy vanished n busy on another table. We had to call another waitress n then after 10 mins ae got - however they got an extr roti too.... Friday bfast was ok, not great as per my spouse n cousins ( who also stayed with us). Saturday bfast we enjoyed. The Glass windows in the rooms facing high way can be tough end sound proof glass to avoid loud horn / sound from vehicles.

Spacious and Neat room, Superb ambience, Well received reception, Clean and nice view of swimming pool area, great location in the heart of the city.

The buffet management did not clearly communicate the dinner pricing, which caused confusion for us and led us to dine at a restaurant outside instead. In contrast, the food service staff demonstrated much better communication skills than the buffet management. In many Indian star hotels, this kind of behavior is often seen more toward Indian guests compared to foreign guests. So I was not surprised.
