No one responds to emails/msgs. Even after making international calls from Singapore to Vijayawada & got double confirmation about airport pickup, no one turned up. Further, it’s very hard to contact the hotel front desk! When lemon soda was ordered, there’s no soda! Very irresponsible staff!

Hotel GM- Extremely pleasant, most guest friendly and superbly hospitable. Strains every nerve to give guests the best of experience . A very warm human being D. Chef Tej - outstanding food and willing to do what the guests require E. Executive House keeper, Mr. Ravikumar and Deputy Front Office Manager- Committed service F. M/s. Vijay, Haribabu at restaurant rendered good services G. M/s. Keerthana - in room dining and Manisha rendered good and guest friendly services . Arun- in room dining service is too good H. Breakfast is very good The hotel is well maintained and clean. The decor in the hotel is outstanding and it is most tastefully done The fragrance of handwash, shampoo and body wash is outstanding. I. The rooms are well laid out and spacious AC is too good. Truly a premier staff, service and hotel

I had a 2-day stay at Hotel lemon tree premium Vijayawada it was truly wonderful! The luxury and comfort they offer is exceptional. The amenities were excellent, the food was delicious, and the buffet spread had amazing options - every dish was flavourful and well-prepared. The service was outstanding, and each and every staff member was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The cleanliness and overall maintenance of the hotel were top notch. Subrahmanyam & paidamma was the best always smiling and providing the best service. Overall, a fantastic experience - highly recommended!

The overall stay and provided facilities were highly satisfactory. The ambience of the establishment was notably pleasant, and the staff exhibited a very commendable level of cooperation. While a good variety of food options was available, there is a distinct area for improvement concerning the taste and freshness of the dishes. Specifically, the quality assurance of the food must be maintained through the proper warming of items during serving times.

The food was good, but a little more improvement is required to meet the standards of a 5 Star hotel.

Lemon tree premium Vijayawada Rooms are spacious with basic amenities. It's clean and no irritants. The housekeeping is much better than many of higher rated Hotels in the vicinity. Location is good. Near to most of the major tech companies. Surprisingly the food is good too. My special appreciation to the Mr. Subrahmanyam Mis. Jyothi for wonderful arrangement with clean & neat atmosphere.

Our 3-day stay so far at Lemon tree premium Vijayawada has been delightful! The staff is friendly, and the service is top-notch. Subbu & sudha took good care of our room with excellent housekeeping. Karthik provided great service during our buffet breakfast.Thanks for making our experience enjoyable!
