The only good thing about this hotel is the staff that are helpful and friendly. When we arrived our bedsheets were dirty, they did exchange them. We stayed in a room with a balcony but you could hear all the street noise and live bands well into the night. The balcony lights do not turn off, all that light comes into the room so it’s like daylight all the time. We tried to block the bright lights from the balcony but it still entered the room from the corners. Although it’s low cost hotel close to 5th avenue, I would not recommend staying here, it was not restful or peaceful stay.

Has the things you'll need for a simple stay. Has a stove-top and microwave. The pool on the roof is a nice touch. It's getting some wear and tear since I was here when it opened 5 years ago.

Location and staff.

Water in the shower goes in every direction, but down. Lots of limescale on it, it is not maintained good enough. Toilet wasn’t flushing and it took a full day to repair. Wifi wasn’t working in the room, so we were told to use the router from the next room, but the connection is terrible. Mattresses are hard. No fridge in the room. Pool does not seem maintained/cleaned.

Rooms are super small, dark, shower was broken. It can't cost $85 usd per night for such a quality.

Great front staff! They offer water cooler on the floor. That was nice. The Room was comfy. I had a nice kitchen. However I had no natural light or fresh air access . ... .I was told Rooms with a balcony has no kitchen . So i was okay for the two days I stayed ...Seriously could not do longer with that situation Also, the Hallways were dark, no power on I figure they were conserving.

The location and the room was spacious and clean, however shower takes a bit of time to get hot water and the water goes all around the floor when u showering

It says late check out included in the price until 1pm but they ask u to leave by 12pm or u pay an extra 200$ pesos for each additional hour, it has to be a specific information that u need to pay extra for the late check out but it doesn’t say that when u book the room

We stayed for 5 nights during New Year 2025 and found the value for money to be satisfying overall. The location was excellent—right beside Fifth Avenue with plenty of restaurants and a 7/11 around the corner. It was just a short walk to Pelicanos Beach, with other beaches also within reach. We’d definitely stay here again—thank you for the hospitality! Detailed Review: We initially booked a king bed suite with a balcony, but due to a booking error, we were assigned a ground-floor suite with a kitchen and no exterior windows. We requested a change, and the receptionist kindly accommodated us with a room featuring a balcony, though it was not a suite. This was acceptable to us, given the affordable flight-and-hotel package deal we had. The room was clean, somewhat modern, and well-insulated(quiet). The AC worked perfectly, hot water was slow but sufficient, and housekeeping serviced the room 4 out of 5 nights. Beach towels were provided (one per day), but no coffee or tea was included. The rooftop pool was okay, though mostly unused and shaded in the afternoons—we preferred the beach. The 24/7 reception staff were kind and helpful, communicating in basic English. We found that it was helpful to use a translator app at times. Tip: I would stronly recommend to arrange your airport transfer in advance to save money. The hotel booked us a taxi for 1,000 pesos, much cheaper than the 2,400 pesos quoted at the airport.

Friendly staff who are very helpful. Check in process and as easy although it was later at night. Room was clean, comfortable.. for the price l, I would definitely visit again
