Eleven Boutique Hotel

The room was bad the ac unit didnt work and the shower sprayed all over the bathroom but not on the tub where it was needed

Did not use hot tub - air was good. Very clean warm, friendly staff.

The room was clean. Air conditioning works very well although there is no phone in the room. There is no sign for it. Do not disturb perks in the room a microwave and a refrigerator and at the time I went, the hot tub was out of order.

Rooms are always clean. AC keeps room as cold as you want. Convenient to everything I want to do in the area

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen. There was no signage whatsoever saying the name of the place. We checked in and the staff member knew little to no English. He had me say something into his phone to translate. The whole place needs some serious updating. No ice bucket in room, no Kleenex in room, no cups in room. The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows were horrible, the towels were paper thin and not soft. Would never come here again.

this was the best hotel we had for this trip. did 3 others that didn't add up to their advertisements. would recommend this to anyone going to emporia.

Everything was good. Note the 11 PM (or 12 AM?) check in end time, I almost missed it. +Extra handles in bathroom for older folks.
