"Overall good. Could be a better experience if they do not charge separately for every little thing."

The food is good. The scenic property makes you forget it all.

The staff is a bit rude on the front desk. There was no smile on the faces when we reached. The heater in the room with -6 temperature and the bonfire etc had to be paid extra for.

okay breakfast.

Both property and Booking.com charged my card for 1 night stay. Have shared all the proofs viz: card details, bank statement, transaction proofs. but no one cared to reply... have been using booking.com from quite some years but now i will think twice before making any payment. It is a mental harassment, first you pay double the amount, then keep chasing for the money which is wrongly deducted. i expected more from Booking.com. Two thumbs down.!!!
