This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Business Park Lodge by Paymán Club in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. There is a strictly no smoking in the interior and exterior of the accommodation. Please note that check-ins before 15:00 carry an additional charge of GBP 30.00. The earliest possible check-in is 12:00, subject to availability. The latest check-in for this property is 23:00. Arrivals after 23:00 will not be granted access to the property and no refunds will be given. Standard check-out time is up to 11:00. A late check-out may be arranged for at an additional cost of GBP 20 an hour. If you are late checking out without prior agreement, you will be charged 40 GBP an hour. Please note that this property does not have a reception. The lead guest must be 25 years of age or older. Check-in for last-minute bookings is only possible 1 hour after payment has been processed. Guest are requested to pay via payment link and authorise deposit via deposit link. Important Notice: Beware of scam emails with payment links. Only make payments via links sent from official Paymán Club email addresses. Contact us immediately if you receive any suspicious emails.
