The room was spacious and comfortable.

The sleeper sofa was terrible. My granddaughter said it was awful. She didn't sleep well on it.

Breakfast is OK

No battle water in room,jacuzzi seating all time same people more one hour … Sofa bad not comfortable

Room was nice. $25 a day to park is ridiculous, and no where on the listing does it say there's a fee to park. Breakfast was decent.

This outrageously priced hotel -- nearly a thousand dollars a night on the weekend -- is located along a very busy highway upon which the trucks never stop roaring along. Right next to the hotel is a Courtyard, with exactly the same parameters. I had heard so much about how wonderful Sedona is. Perhaps "was" is a better description. Now it's nothing but sad. I intended to stay for a week but left after two days. I gave two stars for the staff, who were both very helpful and understood completely why I was so disappointed. I drove deep onto forest service land to look at some petroglyphs for a project I'm working on -- and that dusty rough road was also as busy as a highway. There are Big Business jeep tours that make people ride in the back of an open vehicle, swallowing dust all the way, in order to get to petroglyphs that are perfectly accessible in your own car. Go Elsewhere. Sedona is a Mess.

The property is located 10 minutes from Sedona off 89A. The room was clean and spacious but we discovered that housekeeping cleans your room after 2 days so disregard the card in the bathroom if you want the towels or sheets replaced. Parking is an additional $25 per day. The air conditioning unit we had was very loud and the folks above us were noisy. Recommend staying on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was good.
