"Very Good"

I like that it was close to my destination.

The beds weren’t all that comfortable and I’m not a fan of the bathroom in the middle of the room and tv on one side

It was a great location near the freeway and plenty of stores and restaurants. The facility was clean. The service was great. The lobby smelled so nice. Our rooms were clean, fully stocked and very cozy. This was my first time at SpringHill. I’m more of a Hilton girl but I was very impressed and I would definitely stay here again!

Room clean/comfy

Was charged twice for one night stay. Manager “Deon” after weeks of calling. He confirmed I’d be refunded. I ended up having to file a dispute with my bank to get money back.
