After checking out on July 3, 2025, I check my mobile banking account and discovered that I was charged $154.80 twice for a one night stay at the Springhill Suites in Gardendale, AL. When I checked in there was a new attendant at the front desk. She ran my card and then please give me your card again something happened, I am so sorry. I have since then called the hotel twice to speak about the double charges, all that I get is that "Our system only shows one charge of $154.80". My bank account shows that there were 2 different charges placed against my debit card for a one night stay. No help with getting a refund
