"We had a good stay; but will choose a different hotel if we return."

The location was good. The room was clean.

The carpet in the hallway looked tired and dirty. It definitely needs replacing. Stained upholstery on several of the chairs was not appealing. All the staff were friendly; but they also were not very efficient or enthusiastic about their jobs.

Staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. Sizeable rooms with coffee/fridge/safe facilities. Nice outdoor pool & bar area. Great location close to the beach and for investigating Amelia Island - especially the old historic area.

The staff was awesome. It was nice to have breakfast included but it was mediocre food. The cafe was great tho, great food and service

Check in was at 4, but by 6 our room was not ready. We were put in a different room with no sofa and a different view. Very disappointed to not get the room we requested
