Close to beach big pool free breakfast

The guests above us were very loud and jumping around for 2 days/nights like they had a field trip of kids and nothing was done about the noise.

"The hotel has everything to get a 5, however, cleanliness is a big issue."

The location and the amenities available. The room size was nice.

I booked a king suite, however, I was given queen room.Also the room smelled like poop, from the carpet? The bathroom was not very clean either, shower walls definitely not washed and the paper towel was black when I wiped the floor.

The pool area is nice & has 2 fire pits. Everything was clean & breakfast was pretty good (scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, grits etc.) Everyone we spoke to was very helpful & friendly.

It’s pet friendly but they have almost no space to walk your dog. There is a very short strip of sand outside with a trash & doggy bags but for dogs who need to “walk it out” a bit to go, it’s not big enough.

Breakfast was ok...not the best not the worst

didnt know that there was a Parrothead conference there during our stay. the property is not "ON" the beach as indicated. the fire alarm going off at 7:30 am because of burnt breakfast was not fun.
