Good location, rooms were very good, good space.

Were charged to my credicard account $ 1,266.21 however the charges showing in the receipt provide by them for the 2 rooms were: $228.75 and $354.10.

We chose Cloudveil for its location in the middle of town and because it looked a luxury hotel. Room prices we knew were high but our room was very small for the price paid. There was no laundry service over the weekend. We had been traveling and expected this. In our opinion not worth £1400 a night…Four Seasons cheaper and better.
