"Ótima localização com funcionários muito simpáticos"

De tudo mas principalmente da simpatia dos funcionários. Destaco Adriele do bar e Maisa e Isabela da recepção. Também quero elogiar a Marisa da agência de viagem Gaivota Tour que organiza as excursões do hotel.

Café da manhã e é impecável. Opções incríveis e todas deliciosas. Almoço é muito bom também. Disponibilidade dos jogos na área externa e o recreador Bambolê são ótimos. Tem toalhas disponíveis para passeios e para piscina. Transfer disponível para restaurantes no jantar, só agendar na recepção. Natureza adentra tudo… encontramos até calango e sapinhos no quarto

Jantar deixou a desejar. Ceviche sem sabor, mandioca dura e arroz duro! As opções são caras. Piscina estava suja, não tivemos coragem de entrar. No primeiro dia o quarto estava bem sujo, mas ele passou por uma limpeza pesada por um problema que tivemos e melhorou. Os azulejos do box são pretos, mas dá para ver o mofo em todos os rejuntes. É bem nojento. Pediram na reserva várias informações: qual música gostamos, quais brincadeiras nossos filhos gostam, etc etc mas não usaram para nada… ficamos sem entender a utilidade do questionário enviado!!!

Estrutura bonita não basta para ser “luxo”. A experiência do hóspede fica comprometida por falhas básicas: restaurante que não abre no horário, café da manhã com espera de 30-40 minutos para tapioca ou ovo (mesmo com o salão vazio), corte de grama no horário do almoço, chuveiro pingando a noite inteira, demora em responder ao WhatsApp (não tem telefone no quarto). Pelo valor e proposta, esperava muito mais atenção aos detalhes.
