I liked the location and the Irish theme. The restaurant connected to the establishment was wonderful.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. We were also unable to adjust the thermostat. The room was set on 72 degrees. I like a cooler room.

Day 1 breakfast was fair to poor. Biscuits n gravy lacked taste & meat, no sausage with eggs. Great bread & scones. Day 2 breakfast was served individually with sausage, beans and sun-dried tomato.

Pretty pricy in middle of winter. Liked the attached pub.uncomfortable with price, would have stayed a third night if price was better.

We were so pleased with your facility that we are already discussing another--but longer--stay. We live in Nebraska and regularly stop over in Galena on our way to visit our grandkids in Milwaukee. Henceforth, our stopover with be at the Irish Cottages and we will likely stay an additional night as often as possible.

If I ever think of anything--which I doubt--you'll be the first, a only person whom I will tell.
