"Initial reaction - hmm, interesting. After two nights - we decided it was a pretty cool place."

Communications leading up to arrival were good; onsite host greeted us. Small solar lights line most pathways but it wouldn't hurt to bring a flashlight. Parking - we were close to our tent and the bathrooms; others not so lucky. Tent was spacious. The beds were really comfortable, warm and the sheets were clean. Bathroom was sufficient & we always had hot water. Common area was nice. Scenery & stargazing was awesome. We didn't have any food, although it was available. They had coffee and hot water available. Close proximity to the Grand Canyon.

Signage to arrive - minimal (be prepared). Once off the main road, it's a rough ride (gravel/red clay), limiting most vehicles to 10-15 mph, at best. In the dark, lighting is almost existent. No power sources and onsite connectivity - minimal. Tent # signs are small and are hard to see. Tent had a few holes in top/middle - thank goodness it didn't rain! Bathrooms usually had a line and all but one was locked upon our arrival. Make sure to bring a towel. Promoted as "elegant", which is a bit of a stretch.

La tente est propre, spacieuse, grand lit confortable. Douches chaudes.

Personne à la réception, pas de foodtruck, pas de cuisine commune, ni même de bouilloire à disposition (un repas chaud aurait été bienvenu vu les températures) Nous avons eu très froid, une seule couette, pas de couvertures en plus malgré notre envoi de SMS (chauffage payant) Campement éloigné de la route principale, chemin d'accès très caillouteux, attention aux crevaisons)

Unterkunft sah aus wie auf dem Foto.

Um 4 Uhr Morgens fangen die ersten an das Camp zu verlassen. Die Betten sind einfach katastrophal und 4 Klos für alle Zelte einfach zu wenig. Zudem sind die Zelte zu nah beieinander. Dadurch hört man die Nachbarn schnarchen. Keine Sekunde geschlafen in der Nacht. Zwei unserer Nachbarn haben auch bei der Anreise sich die Reifen aufgeschlitzt. Zufahrt eher nur für Jeeps!
