We had an absolutely incredible experience today! The food quality was outstanding, and the service made it even better. The cook, Jesus, made the best Southwest omelet we’ve ever had—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. You can really tell he takes pride in what he does. Our server, Kafette, was truly exceptional. Her service was unparalleled. Not only was she attentive and welcoming, but she also took the time to share tips and ideas for local experiences and offered great suggestions from the menu. Our conversation with her felt so genuine—it honestly felt like we were visiting with family rather than just dining out. Between the amazing food and the warm, personal service, this was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. We’ll definitely be back!

I got the king deluxe and it definitely was not as nice as it showed in the pictures. If it was a deluxe it wasn’t worth the extra money. Also, for whatever reason they only have bathtubs in the double queen rooms and I wanted a king and a bathtub.

Staff were simply fantastic and so understanding. They emphasised with the issues I encountered in my previously booked hotel and they allowed me to securely store my carry-on a day before my check in. The room was spacious and with lots of natural light in the morning which I appreciated, well-equipped and with complimentary bottled water provided in the fridge. Breakfast included a variety/selection of buffet or an a-la-cart menu. Food was fresh and delicious! The hotel location is also great, just 5 minutes away from the nearest tram station, that you can use for free in Tucson, or you can simply walk in Downtown and the Historic Fourth Avenue areas. Overall, it was a lovely stay at Double Tree by Hilton in Downtown Tucson!

I had an amazing experience on my trip! The property was spotless and service was outstanding. A special shoutout to Jayden from valet, who went above and beyond by providing recommendations and directions he made the trip that much more enjoyable. I’ll absolutely be back!

I recently stayed here for work. When I returned home, I noticed 3 large charges on my credit card. When I called the manager to ask for clarity, I was informed that I was charged $560.25 for a smoking/vaping fee. This was confusing, considering I've never smoked or vaped a single day in my whole life. I was told that the sensor in my room detected that I was vaping. The manager then informed me that these sensors can have false positives from candles, incense, or hairdryers. He then told me it was my responsibility to provide the exact day and time I was blow-drying my hair to prove I wasn't smoking. So, because I couldn't remember the exact moment in time I was using a hair dryer, I owed them $560. This seems to be a made-up fee, as it isn't listed anywhere in the room, lobby, or on their website. If you use a hairdryer, I'd probably stay somewhere else.
