"Il paradiso"

La sua posizione dentro la natura i dettagli negli arredamenti, nulla trascurato tutto curato nei minimi dettagli.. le coccole appena arrivata già dalla reception e in camera.. ne ho visti molti di resort belli ma questo veramente mi ha fatto brillare gli occhi 🤩✨

"disappointed about the service"

Karen was nice to us. she greeted us very well and the bill man Patron was very helpful

small breakfast no options for food and staff told me if i need a gluten free bread i need to ask 24 hours ahead. there was only 3 fruits options and was full of flies. staff entering the room without permission the hotel said they can enter if there was do not disturb sign on the door & we were 2 ladies which is not acceptable.On breakfast staff took our order & brought wrong order - small beach corner had lots of seaweed- the main pool was crowded always.

The location is good as well as the room it was spacious.

The in room-dinning food is not good and needs improvements, one of the water bottles had bugs inside it. And limited beach access

It’s cosy and boutique style like home Beautifully decorated Nice pool and beautiful views

The last room I stayed at , the bathroom tiles were little over used or stained Can add a shuttle bus to take you around And get better prices for excursions like boat rides , other activity It will also be nice to add a padel court

My second stay at the hotel The last room stayed at, the bathroom tiles a little stained it looks old Can add more activities Like shuttle buss to takes around Better prices for boat excursions etc Maybe a padel court

LE CADRE : LA PISCINE , la plage , la chambre , la nourriture , les pétites attentions à l'arrivée et au départ et les collation le matin et aprés midi, les activités c'était incroyable

NA - petite suggestion pour un positionnement encore plus luxe proposer aux clients de les conduire en voiturette vers la piscine car sous 30° parfois c'est difficil mais sinon c'était parfait
