"Quick stay - clean and comfortable"

Checked in around 8-9pm and left the next morning around 8am. Convenient to I75. We stayed here on our way to FL. Parking easy and safe. We booked the 2 queen plus pullout room for our family of 5. The room was clean and the temperature of the room was nice and cool when we arrived. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows. I wish they’d encase the mattress but upon inspection it was clean and free of any bugs so it was fine. Lots of flat surfaces to set luggage on. Bathroom was sufficient and clean as well. Breakfast was hot with lots of options. Quiet. Only cons - hallway temp was hot (but our room was cold so I didn’t let that effect the rating, it was just annoying) - had to wait several minutes when we arrived as no one was at the desk. I think she was taking something to a room or something. Overall - we’d stay again! I know I’m picky especially with cleanliness and this place passed!!

Check-in was easy and the front desk receptionist was kind. The room was clean, so comfortable, and the hotel was quiet and nice. The only issue we had was with the breakfast. It was not being refilled, some of the food that was not refilled had been there a long time and was not edible. The pancake machine was broken and not working, though a staff member did try and fix it. Other than the one that tried to fix the pancake machine, other breakfast staff was short and grouchy with those of us just trying to have our breakfast and be on our way.

The staff, location, and decent breakfast.

No offense to staff but those utility workers created a hot mess throughout the establishment with red clay mud and didn’t have enough staff to cleanup. Minor room issues which staff resolved or made all attempts to accommodate us. Sicely was awesome with the best customer service by far which is so welcoming. Mikala was also very helpful.
