Muy buena ubicación, en general bonito edificio con una área de casona remodelada y otra área con un edificio de construcción reciente.

No tiene detalles como para catalogarlo como hotel boutique, el hotel podría ser tal vez dos a tres estrellas en realidad: Kavia debería esforzarse por: Ofrecer una experiencia íntima y personalizada para sus huéspedes con toques de diferenciación que impliquen el vivir cierto lujo con una atención de su personal que demuestre el compromiso de un alto nivel enfocado especialmente en el detalle y calidez, nada de esto existe. En mi habitación no se realizó la limpieza, tarda el agua caliente en salir eso hace que al esperar exista desperdicio, el desayuno incluído muy básico, la falta de mantenimiento en áreas,

Si tiene estacionamiento, ubicación muy céntrico y es muy apto para descansar ya que hay mucho silencio, el menú aaun que es limitado tiene buen sabor y el café es muy rico

It has good central location. It is located by lots of restaurants and the town square (Zocalo) just three blocks away.

Everything was great with very nice breakfast! Women who ran resturant were kind and caring!!

In a great location, a few minutes walk from the main Plaza. Good sized room, parking available just down the road.

A minor issue, but the orange juice served at breakfast was pretty toxic!
