Kingsland Contemporary 2BR with Carpark

The owners are dishonest and difficult to deal with. They advertised the house as a 3 pm check-in and noon check-out but demanded that it be vacated by 10.00 am after the booking despite the posted noon check-out. I needed that extra time for an interview I had set up so had to find other accommodation and not use their house. They have refused a refund and have now altered their advertisement to now say 10.00 am check-out. I have never in 30 years of traveling given a bad review but this sadly is the first. Communication is like talking to a brick wall, they just don't understand that you can't advertise a room to be available till noon but then demand it be vacated by 10.00 am. The room wasn't available for the times I needed so I went elsewhere, but they will not refund the money paid for the room. Very disappointing indeed.
