Gorgeous house in a fantastic location. Very short walk to beach and coffee/shops. Great layout and separation of bedrooms from main living area. Well stocked in terms of crockery and cutlery - easy to cook from home.

Heating requires maintenance. When we complained about lack of heating (ducting did not appear to work) in 2 bedrooms additional heaters were supplied for the next night which kept us warm in the near zero temperatures. They also 'serviced' the ducted heating but this did not make a difference for 2 bedrooms. Washing machine was full of mold and needs seals replacing or a very deep clean. 4/6 Dining chairs were missing screws for a leg - making them wobbly and not safe to sit on.
