Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Knoxville Airport Alcoa

The staff here were incredibly nice! I received a couple of nice notes on 2 of my days. I’m sure the friendly staff picked up on my distress. I even had them check in on me once. My stay was a much needed break from life.

We were pleased all the way around. Receptionist was very friendly. The hotel was super clean and there is a very pleasant smell throughout - not the sometimes dingy smell that a lot of hotels have. Breakfast was great and the attendant was super friendly. She kept it well stocked and cleaned. Our room was spacious and clean. We will start looking for Marriott hotels when we travel from now on.

One of the elevators was not functioning properly and we thought we were stuck at one point but was able to get the door to open. My husband didn’t like the firmness of the bed but everyone else slept well.

It feels very new, is very clean and modern. Bed was comfortable, staff was wonderful. Only comment would be that upon entering the hotel in the main lobby, there is an astonishingly strong artificial smell ( some kind of deodorizer, or ambient room scent). It's way way too strong and very artificial smelling. I'd tone it down. Even the front desk staff acknowledged this. Area is by the highways, airport.

Great location great service especially Cassie during breakfast. Everything was kept spotless clean the breakfast was tasty and fresh.

We never arrived due to a flight cancelation. Called to cancel but they wouldn;t let me cancel because it was booked through a 3rd party. I have been charged anyway

Enjoyed our stay. Property and room was clean and the staff was very friendly.
