nur einziges, würden wir die Netze am Fenster reparieren,weil es Mücken gibts, damit man auch beim offenem Fenster schlafen kann.

Posizione della casa perfetta per non usare l'auto. Soprattutto per famiglie con bambini piccoli.

La casa negli arredi e nella pulizia potrebbero essere un pochino più curati. Stesso discorso per il giardino. Nel complesso buona struttura.

Posizione eccellente per la spiaggia che si raggiunge a piedi. Parcheggio interno al recinto della casa per cui nessun costo per la sosta. Ambienti ampi e confortevoli. aria condizionata in tutte le camere, lavatrice presente, detersivo da acquistare.

L' igiene all' interno dei cassetti, delle ante della cucina e del forno è scarsissima. Tovaglia nei cassetti piegata ma sporca (usata).

La posizione, la disponibilità di ombrelloni per il mare, l'aria condizionata, la tranquillità in generale. La rapida risoluzione di un problema al frigorifero, nonostante accaduto in giornata festiva.

La casa ha un grande potenziale, con alcuni Accorgimenti basilari potrebbe salire di livello rispetto alla media. Nonostante i colori del giardino non fossero quelli della foto, una maggiore cura non farebbe male, in generale a tutta l'area esterna. Ci sono tante pentole, ma nessun coperchio. Consiglio di effettuare il check in presso la struttura

Posizione ottima a 300mt dalla spiaggia. Casa confortevole a ottimamente condizionata. Giardino privato con posto auto

La casa avrebbe delle potenzialità altissime ma è un po (tanto) trascurata sia l'esterno che sopratutto la dotazione della cucina. Pentole e stoviglie inutilizzabili tanto sono sporche e consumate.. un peccato per chi vorrebbe cucinarsi qualcosa Letti un po scomodi

The house is in desperate need of updating. There were parts if the house that could have been cleaner - especially the kitchen. The garden is neglected and overgrown.

The location of this house is the best. Walking distance to the beach was what we needed and wanted. Also, very peaceful. My boyfriend had to work, so he did on the little terrace with the sun and nice weather, honestly, you cant beat that. We also, drove to the town nearby to eat at the little cafes and restaurants. The bed sheets were clean and 2 of the bedrooms were tidy.

The garden does not match the pictures and didn’t seem well maintained. We arrived around 8:30 p.m., and the atmosphere felt a bit like a haunted house. The house is old and hasn’t been renovated in a while. There was no soap in the bathroom or kitchen. The bathroom is very small and could really use an upgrade. I would stay here again only if the house were renovated.

We've already been here and will gladly come again. The location is amazing and the service we received by Izzhome was great as well.

The location was great - very close to a sand beach - 5 minute walk. A house has a nice terrace which cam be used also at the end of October. The location was very calm. In the house you have everything you need if you want to cook.

The roof of the terrace needed a repair. Maybe the wind broke it.

The property was probably a nice place 5 to 10 years ago, but it has not been maintained. There were several wasp nests around the property on arrival which a staff member quickly removed when contacted, but this should be done before guests arrive. All the fly screens on the windows are broken so you can't open the windows without wasps and mosquitos coming in. The porch roof all ripped up and pieces of it falling off. The latch on the front door doesn't work so you have to lock it every time. The place smells musty and of mothballs. Dirty kitchen utensils. Free WiFi that does not work. No personal welcome just automated messages, having to collect and drop keys off to a different location. Before arriving in the south of Sardinia we stayed a week in the north of the island, where the keys to our accommodation were dropped to us with a tour of the accommodation with ensuite for the same price. Do yourself a favour and stay at the hostel that is 5 minutes away from here.
