"Nothing for me was bad !!!"

Very bad attention , no body is at thereception at that time was 6 pm , calling the internal phone only after 15 min came a a lady and and not friendly rough !! Have been for a long time with Booking this is the worst , This long travel we did this time , very good at Cimarron Inn , Portland and Miami not the Richards ! Wish you make for better selections for customers be happy to use your Booking.com , or is just me is making this observations ??

Location Check In Staff

Price for What I received. Room was small Bathroom Shower Grout was Black in some areas Bathroom floor tile cracked Towels were rhin flimsy and old. The Facility itself, outside building, gargens,, parking were well kept and beautiful.

The front desk staff are the ones that made my stay much better than it could have been! Thank you Steven for looking out for me & Jennifer for everything!

The people checking in was pretty weird & some rude but as long as I knew my boundaries I was ok. My fault for asking to be put in the front for safety & that’s where it was quite noisy!
