"I was kicked out for no reason"

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE PURE DECEPTION Prior to booking my reservation, I called this hotel to see what the time for check in. Paula stated 12pm, she would allow us to check in. However, the website says 4pm. Literally called her back stating your website says 4pm in order to double confirm and she said 12pm is fine, so I went ahead and reserved 2 rooms. When I got to the hotel she stated $10 an hour for an early check-in fee. I reminded her we just spoke and confirmed 12pm. She literally called me a liar and kicked me out of the property stating she would call the police???? Regarding the condition of the rooms, I happened to walk by while housekeeping was working. Beds are beat up + $20 resort fee. I don't see any resemblance to some form of resort. They reel you in with a good room rate then sneak in the resort fee. This is the rudest service from an hotel I've ever experienced.
