Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in. Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided for an additional fee upon request. Deliveries will be between 11 am and 4 pm. StripViewSuites Hours of Operation are from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm, seven days a week, Including holidays. Valet Parking is available for up to one vehicle. Parking for additional guest vehicles is available at the MGM Grand self-parking structure.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"absolutely appalled by cockroaches and the lack of seriousness and urgency to finding a resolution"

Location was nice because it was off strip and quiet, but wasn’t too far up that felt like we were walking forever to get to the main strip. Room size was definitely more than adequate for two people, pretty decent if a third joined. Value is awful as there were many areas of the room that look like it needed repairs or was repaired quite poorly just to save a buck. * cockroaches in the bathroom on night two were definitely a MAJOR turn off! Even more of a turn off when the property managing company is incredibly difficult to connect with and communicate with and only offers a 30% discount for one night as a result of having to deal with cockroaches in your bathroom. $1200+ for 4 nights and that’s what they offered? 2 1/2 days it took to get a resolution for the problem. 100% absolutely not acceptable! Will never stay with signature suites again!

"Unsafe"

The rooms were comfy and large, we had enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably.

The staff. I could count on one hand the amount of employees who were respectful & helpful. It was 3. What are you teaching your employees about customer service? We have never left a hotel so fast. We had planned on purchasing gifts the next day, but your staff yelling in the hallway for over an hour in front of our door made us feel very unsafe. I've always thought we could relax in Las Vegas. Ive never felt more in danger. This will be our last stay at this hotel.
