Hoan My Resort - Ninh Chu

This is my 2nd visit. We arrived past mid night and 24/7 reception service was excellent. The pool is nice and breakfast was tasty.

The lift was out of service during our stay. We had to use the stair for 3 levels which was quite inconvenient especially for our elder who had knee problem.

Overall, everything was very good. The grounds are beautiful, and the staff speaks good English and are efficient and friendly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and they allowed us to have an early check-in. The room was comfortable and had a partial sea view. The Rainforest shower was the best water flow and temperature that I have had since living in Vietnam. Good wi-fi.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection but I was disappointed with the coffee, it was bitter and I couldn't drink it, disappointing for Vietnamese coffee as I drink it every day. Also, the beef in the pho bo was poor quality, it had a lot of fat and it wasn't cooked long enough for the meat to separate from the fat. But not a deal breaker as there were lots of other options.

Clean, city center, worth the price

Well located, beach front. Staffs are super nice. The problems are the hotel often host events (team building, conference ect.. ) the hotel's guests are very impolite, they speak so loud and slamming the room's doors. There are 2 towers in hotel, they should arrange for that type of group in the different tower or different floor, not all in a floor or too close to each other like that. I understand that the hotel want to save energy, easier for cleaning but the guests need to be confortable too. Beverages/coffee in hotel are not good. Need to buy a better coffee machine.

the buffet breakfast was amazing in choice.

The quality of the a la carte lunch or dinner was only average. While a wide choice, the execution of the dishes could be better.
