La reserva que tenía no la respetaron por lo que me dieron otra habitación que no tenia nada que ver con mi reserva, la habitación estaba sucia y no tenía agua caliente ni toallas

Habia hospedado amigos y familiares en el.pasado en este lugar. Esta ocasión me hospede con amigos. El.cuarto tenía insectos de los que parecen cucarachas pero mas pequeños. Estaban entre las sábanas y por la habitación en general.
