Excellent stay

I was here for a business trip and I should say, it was a very pleasant stay of 4 nights. From ensuring a smooth check-in to my food restrictions and most importantly housekeeping tolerating all my tantrums/ requests. A special mention to Mr. Suman Kant, housekeeping manager, who took care of each and every request I had made - be it with respect to cleaning of my room to type of pillow etc etc etc. He was there to ensure I do feel at home. Thank you Suman for making it a great stay.

Excellent, Spacious property

The AC unit was locked into 22 degrees celsius. I called the front desk at 2am, unable to sleep, who sent someone up who proceeded to walk me through how to change an AC temp setting. I told him “I know how to change the temperature…the issue is the AC won’t actually bring the temperature down below 22 degrees C.” He said - “give it some time.” We slept through the night essentially sweating as the humidity levels were off the charts. Plus, we had an early morning flight. So the hotel was essentially a horrible overnight stay. Please know that we stayed in other Indian hotels (non-American brands) which were able to easily provide 20 or 21 degrees C in their rooms. So Hyatt really missed the mark here. Avoid is you want a comfortable overnight stay!

Pls stay away from hyaat residences Aerocity.nice property but the service is really pathetic.starting from check inn till end it was a bad experience.no one was there in the reception when we checked in had to wait for good 10mins .no one to show to our room.induction was not working so there was no use of taking an apartment when u cn cook even complaint s nothing changed no proper amenities not even basics .really disappointed

The apartment is very comfortable and modern. All amenities are world class. Really enjoy staying here each time. The staff were very friendly and accommodated my request if early checkin.
