Big beds, very comfortable. Pillows excellent.

No air conditioner in the living space. Made it very uncomfortable to sit as family and enjoy your stay. That's a big disappointment. Bathrooms and toilet need to be deep cleaned mold around the shower,

Big villa, with nice bedrooms, living room and swimming pool.

It was very dirty. The floor, the cabinets, the fridge, etc. Makes you wonder how clean the bathroom really is.

Despite our arrival being significantly delayed our (very patient) driver met us at the airport and the host met us on site outside of business hours to welcome us - very grateful!

Our host, MADE met us with is colleague at the appointed time to hand over the keys. He was friendly and polite. He went through the house with us. He also helped to resolved issues on firing up the kitchen stove. The villa is very big and spacious. There was even a pond with koi fishes in there. The location was closed to the main road with laundry services, a 24hr convenience store and a bike rental shop. Oh yes, the bathtub was nice too!

There was a hole in the duvet cover in the lower floor bedroom. The floor was sandy but was only cleaned the next day. Some the lightings at the staircase were not able to be switched on. We have spiders and other creepy crawlies entering our bedroom uninvited. But my biggest concern was the bed on the lower floor. I think it has been used too many times and it was sunk in at certain areas making very uncomfortable to sleep. I start to have back problems after sleeping in there for a night.
